Brian was able to transform our deck, which was unusable in the summer sun or in the winter rain, into our family great room that we use all year round, but still lets us feel like we are outside! Brian created a beautiful space at a reasonable price! I highly recommend him!

I worked with Brian on a deck renovation project. After exploring with some "one stop shop" outfits, that provide everything from planning to construction, no one wanted to work with my existing deck, they only wanted to tear down and build from scratch. I hired Brian to assess the existing structure and recommend a path forward. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and patient explaining the process. He had good recommendations for the project and was very responsive to any questions I had. In the end, I walked away with stamped/certified construction documents that I can share with construction companies for bids on the work that I know is sounds and submit to the township when it comes time to apply for permits. I would definitely recommend working with Brian to anyone who needs an architect.
